When Bukayo Saka and Marcus Rashford walked off the field at a major international football tournament for the last time, they were showered with racist abuse. His immediate response was three goals for England in the team’s opening match at this year’s World Cup. Saka scored two goals before giving way to Rashford, who added another in the second half of England’s 6-2 defeat on Monday.
