New Delhi: The Supreme Court is all set to achieve its full strength of 34 judges, with the Collegium headed by CJI NV Ramana, Chief Justice of the Gauhati High Court, Justice Sudhanshu Dhulia and Justice of the Gujarat High Court, Justice Jamshed B Pardiwala. names are recommended. He said if the Center accepted the recommendation, Justice Pardiwala would become the CJI for more than two years. Justice Dhulia is the brother of National Award winning film director and actor Tigmanshu Dhulia and his tenure will be a little over three years. While Justice Pardiwala will be the fourth HC judge from the Parsi community and the first from the minority community to grace the SC bench, who has been elevated in the last five years after Justice S Abdul Nazeer.
