FIFA on Friday lifted its suspension from the All India Football Federation (AIFF), which was imposed earlier this month due to undue influence of third parties.

FIFA said in a statement that the decision was taken after the international governing body received confirmation that the mandate of the Committee of Administrators established to assume the powers of the AIFF Executive Committee had been terminated and the AIFF administration achieved a full refund.
