England Vs Pakistan: T20 World Cup: UK PM Rishi Sunak wishes good luck to Team England ahead of its face-off with Pakistan

British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak took to Twitter to wish the England cricket team for the T20 World Cup final.

Sunak wrote, “All the best to England Cricket in the T20 World Cup final against Pakistan tomorrow. I will cheer you along with every other UK cricket fan. We are behind you in every way.”

In the final match of the ongoing T20 World Cup, England and Pakistan will be desperate to capture their second title.

England and Pakistan defeated India and New Zealand respectively to enter the final of the T20 World Cup.

The Three Lions won their first T20 World Cup in 2010 by defeating Ashes rivals Australia in the final in West Indies, while Pakistan won their first title in 2009 by defeating Sri Lanka in England.

Pakistan’s campaign in the T20 World Cup was about to turn upside down. The last three weeks have been a rollercoaster for Babar Azam and his Pakistan side.

Meanwhile, England are in excellent form which helped them dismiss India in the semi-finals.

He batted thoroughly to take the Asian giants out of the competition, and will now hope to continue his blistering form against Pakistan as well.
